1. What devices are HAOLITEK wireless earbuds compatible with?

Our earbuds are compatible with any Bluetooth-enabled device, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart TVs.


2. How do I pair my HAOLITEK earbuds?

  1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your device.
  3. Select “HAOLITEK [Model Name]” from the list of available devices.
  4. Once connected, you’ll hear a confirmation tone.

3. How long does the battery last?

Our earbuds provide up to 6 hours of continuous playback per charge. The charging case provides an additional 18 hours of battery life.


4. How do I charge the earbuds and the case?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and ensure the case has sufficient power. Charge the case using the included USB-C cable. It takes approximately 1.5–2 hours to fully charge the case.


5. Are the earbuds water-resistant?

Yes, our earbuds are rated IPX5, making them resistant to sweat and light rain. They are not suitable for swimming or full submersion in water.


6. Can I use only one earbud at a time?

Yes, each earbud can function independently. Simply use one while leaving the other in the case for later use.


7. What should I do if the earbuds are not connecting?

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Make sure the earbuds are charged.
  • Reset the earbuds by placing them in the case, then holding the button on the case for 5 seconds.
  • Re-pair the earbuds with your device.

8. What is the warranty for HAOLITEK earbuds?

All HAOLITEK earbuds come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or misuse is not covered.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package.
